Texas Children's Pediatrics Westbank Pediatrics will be closing on September 16, 2024. Dr. Yogini Prajapati will be available for appointments at Texas Children’s Pediatrics Austin Pediatrics starting on September 16, 2024. Dr. Prajapati’s new practice phone number will be (512) 447-5588. Her last day seeing patients at Texas Children's Pediatrics Westbank Pediatrics will be Friday, September 13, 2024.
