Called to make an appointment for my sick child and all they seemed to care about was what version of insurance she was on and whether they accepted it or not. They did not care about getting my daughter to see a doctor, only thing they seemed to care about was money. One of the workers said I could mail a proof of insurance. Couldn't believe that after I'm telling them that she needs to see a doctor. First impression: they do not care about patients.
