The person seeking direction shares stories of HIS or HER encounters of the divine or higher power. Or HOW HE or SHE is experiencing spiritual issues. The spiritual director listens and asks questions to assist the DIRECTEE in HIS or HER process of reflection and spiritual growth. Spiritual direction develops a deeper relationship with the spiritual aspect of being human. Effective spiritual direction works in cooperation with psychotherapy and body practices (REIKI healing. Dream work. ROLFING. Acupuncture. Yoga. ETC. ) to produce a more effective and holistic process of healing. In addition to spiritual direction. I AM a trained facilitator in the prepare enrich program. I work with couples WHO are preparing to marry or WHO are currently married to explored nine KEY areas of their relationship and help them work to become stronger team mates. The areas covered and discussed are communication. Conflict resolution. Financial management. Leisure activities. Friends and Family. Sexual expectations. Spiritual beliefs. Relationship roles. And partner style and habits.
