I took my bass into MM to get set up on a Thursday. I was told the job would be done on the following Tuesday that tech would call me to let me know the price before doing the work. I never received the call and the work was done without them contacting me. When I called on Wednesday to learn the status I was bounced around to 3 different people who all interrupted me in mid sentence to pass me off onto someone else. Once I spoke to the "right" guy, I was told the job would cost me $100 with the strings (basic set up = $80, Strings $20). After the sub-par service and hearing the price I was pretty upset and let them know it. They told me they would have a manager adjust the price for me for my trouble and to stop in after 3 to pick up the bass. I arrived at 3:20...no Bass. Had to wait another 15 min for the tech to show up (they farm the work out). The adjustment worked out to be $10 off the labor and $4 off of the strings (BFD). Needless to say, there's no way I will return.
