My husband and I paid this company to install a plethora of things from home theater equipment to appliances spending over $15,000 total. EVERY SINGLE thing we had purchased and installed had problems. When it came to the home theater equipment they were installing 15 speakers in various rooms and a receiver in each of those rooms. It took weeks for them to install the speakers, because they could not figure out why they weren't all working. We were told everything would be 3-4 days total and it ended up taking many months for all things to be installed and working properly. We've been in our home 6 months now, and have had and have had chronic equipment failure and they refuse to replace warrantied equipment leaving us with a nonworking home theater we paid $8,000 for. Waste of money. Now we have to hire someone else to fix their mess. Legal action being taken now.
