This is my first dentist in Austin, and I really enjoyed the services and customer services of the Urban Dentistry team. From the front to the back, this is a great office. Dropped in for an initial consult and had a great time. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I got all my questions answered and the dog that works as a bouncer was super cute and friendly.

Dr Urban is very knowledgeable about dental health. She is very friendly and taught me an entirely new way to take care of my teeth. The focus in her office is more about making sure you know how to take care of your teeth as opposed to making sure you have to come in for the next appointment. It was my first time in her office and I felt at ease, which is not usually how I feel at the dentist! Their office dog, Chloe, is also a pleasure to be around!! I would recommend this office to anyone!!

It's so refreshing to go to a dentist and not get treated like just another mouth. Having your dentist ask you if you're doing ok ever 2-3 minutes is an amazing change from what I've dealt with in the past. A dentist that seems honestly concerned about your pain levels and your experience and staff who seems to feel the same way. I could not possibly recommend anyone more... YAY URBAN DENTISTRY! YOU'RE AMAZING!

Although I am not a big fan of dental visits, Dr. Burns and Urban Dentistry were fantastic. The space is nice, clean and relaxing. I highly recommend Dr. Burns and the team at UD.

Fantastic cleaning experience! Dr Burns personally performed the work and her assistant provided excellent pre-cleaning x-ray work. This was my first time in their new location on Congress. What an upgrade! The old office was nice but a bit more out of the way. This is more convenient, easy to access, and great looking! Also Dr. Burns takes time to explain if you have questions and everyone else in the office is super nice.

Dr. Burns was incredible, as always. I really appreciate how informative she is, and how she is happy to respond to any questions I have about my teeth and gums. She is a pleasure of a dentist and I look forward to each of my visits with her.

I had such a great experience at Urban Dentistry. Very helpful, and all levels of staff are VERY professional. The receptionist/billing agent helped me considerably in navigating through the headache that is insurance. As it turns out, I was not insured at Urban but was happy to pay for the treatment there... and I am by no means a wealthy man, but they helped me out with a payment plan. I recently visited another dentist (because of insurance). Everybody seemed in such a hurry and far less thorough. At Urban, each member seemed fully present and invested in my care, explained everything every step of the way. Their professionalism and commitment to every detail of their practice inspire confidence. I will back to Urban going forward!

Urban Dentistry provides fantastic dental care each and every time I come in. I always look forward to my visits and have seen a noticeable improvement in my dental health. The staff is extremely professional and courteous, and the office couldn't be more pleasant. Dr. Burns and Dr. Urban are both wonderful dentists, and I'd highly recommend either of them.

I used to be terrified of going to the dentist, but after Dr. Amy met with me she took the time at every appointment to go over that days needs and steps. I felt much better knowing what was going on. Her staff is amazing. They are so helpful and make your appointment such a pleasant experience. I am so comfortable and happy there I now go to her laser spa as well and get my face done all in one place!
