Fixed Solutions - Recognizing a need for training in fixed operations, Fixed Solutions educates dealership personnel to take advantage of missed opportunities and implement procedures to become more efficient. The educational tracks include service writer sales training, extended service agreement selling on the service drive, advanced service writer training, and warranty administration training. Workers' Compensation Workers' compensation is a state-regulated insurance program that pays medical bills and replaces some lost wages for employees who are injured at work or who have work-related diseases or illnesses. Texas employers may choose whether or not to maintain workers' compensation insurance. Employers who choose to have insurance may purchase policies from private insurance companies, such as Service Lloyds, or self-insure, if they meet the requirements of the Texas Workers' Compensation Act and are certified by the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission.
