- Cardio RōFull-body, calorie-torching indoor rowing workout! This is our signature 55-min cardio class with short, high-intensity intervals on the rowing machine. Be prepared to learn the correct technique, and then the workout will get more and more challenging! Your instructor will help you to get the best workout possible! First class: Please arrive at least 5 minutes early, so we can show you the ropes before class!
- Combo RōBYOM (Bring your own mat)... but we have extras if you forget! Half of the workout is on the erg, half of the workout is on the mat for an ab circuit! Burn out the abs and get a great cardio workout! This workout is not suggested for your first rowing class, but it is great for all fitness levels!
- Cardio Rō ExpressGet a great indoor rowing workout in less time! This class provides an appropriate workout for all fitness levels, but is not suggested for first time rowers due to the time restraint
- Cardio Rō + CoreCardio Rō with a twist! We'll spend the first 40 minutes of the class on the machine and the remaining time on the mat doing a circuit to light up your core! This class is great for all fitness levels. Arrive 5 minutes early if you are new to the rowing machine. The last 5 minutes will be a cool down/stretch
- INTRōNever been on a rowing machine? Does jumping on a regular class make you nervous? The INTRō workout is perfect for you! This is a beginner class for those who are new to the rowing machine. Your instructor will give you extra technical advice and a further intro to the monitor details -- but expect to sweat! Take this class as many times as you want, if you're looking for a slower on-boarding to the Rō workout!
