Extremely helpful customer service to the point where I felt I was doing business with Disney World employees...which I consider the Gold Standard for customer service. I was charged over twenty dollars for a bunch of checks, which I thought was a bit much, given the amount of money I put in the bank...but hey, I guess they have their reasons...also the Region's banks' buildings are extremely well designed and almost always have good location...location...location...the only problem I have with this fact is that someone has to pay for all those nice buildings and locations, and I think it would have to be me and you, the customers who finance it all...oh well....but like I said, "The customer service is wonderful...but don't expect to win big when you bank there, or at any other bank for that matter...remember, "The casino ALWAYS wins!"
