I had such high hopes for Ranchstone Garden Homes as it was to be our first rental experience in over seven years, and it looked very promising compared to all the other options at the time. The exteriors of the units were nice, the floor plan was big enough, there was a yard for our dogs, and it was in walking distance to Kerby Lane at the time. We were very excited. Instead of a long verbose narrative, I feel that due to the volume of issues, this would best be documented in a bullet pointed fashion. 1. Shoddy does not adequately describe the degree to which maintenance and repair work was lacking. 2. Upon move in, the laminate counter tops were peeling off, and there were several large uneven seams where drywall had been repaired using in appropriate materials and no touch up paint. 3. Requests for maintenance and repair were routinely responded to days to weeks later, and often not at all. 4. apparently superpages reviews is too small for all the bad that is ranchstone.
