I have been a customer of Providacare for several years, during that period I experienced a problem with the equipment on a couple of occasions, but unfortunately I was treated badly (in my opinion) by a Technician here in San Antonio. On the occasions in question, the problem with my oxygen machine occurred on a weekend. Today Saturday February 7, 2015, I encountered a problem once again. I decided to phone your office in Austin and I was pleasantly surprised to receive an answer from a guy named Eddie who quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone , which turned out to be minor in that the plug was loose in the wall & the machine was not filling my spare oxygen tanks. Please thank Eddie for me as he was so polite , helpful, & saved me a lot of worry & stress. Wish there were more people like Eddie !
