Jason's a good guy and understands his field well. I have a very old pool with a heater that hasn't worked in over 10 years. I wanted to see if we could get it working and found Jason's ad on craigslist. He was offering a great deal so I called him. There ended up being several problems with the heater and decided not to fix it. While he was here he pointed out a few other minor problems with my filter and pump. Pros: very knowledgeable courteous and friendly was at my house the same day I called inexpensive Cons: Took a couple of hours to get a call back from him after initial contact was made Didn't fix my heater FOR FREE!

Woke up and went to use my hot tub as I usually do to start my day off before I get the kids ready for school. And wouldn't you know, it wasn't working. I started to call around this morning and couldn't get anyone to answer. I might have started looking for a repair guy a little too early :) but was able to get one person to answer. Though Jason sounded half asleep he tried to help me fix it over the phone. After a few minutes he said he was sure it was a fuse and he could come out later during the day to replace it. He showed up as promised and it WAS just a fuse. Can't wait to hop in the spa tomorrow morning.

Jason was very thorough and didn't leave until I understood the controls he installed for me and my wife. He is very good at what he does.
