I used to go to Pok-E-Jo'S years ago and always enjoyed it. My family and I had Pok-E-Jo'S tonight and it was horrible. The sausage was mushy and did not have good flavor. The mac and cheese was inedible. The "texas" fries, were just ordinary fries, but tasted good. We did not get any texas toast with our order, although it's supposed to come with it. We would have been much better off going to the grocery store and picking ANY kind of sausage and heating it up at home. And it would have been A LOT less expensive.
