Horrible experience with Paul, who evidently is also the owner. My wife met him to get an estimate on a dryer repair but we denied his service after receiving an unreasonably high estimate. Not only did their website list the wrong service fee that was quoted in person but he wanted her to pay over $200 per his book for the part, labor, and warranty. The exact part needed for repair, GE WE16M15, is $30 on amazon. So before discounts, that the owner would control, I would have been looking at approximately $170 for service and warranty. I purchased the part and replaced the part in less than an hour's work - with no training or experience. I highly urge anyone to research Blue Book repairmen before making the same mistake as I. A business owner should know how to value their own work based on their market and not depend on a reference book.



Also, be advised that when asked if he was accredited by the BBB, he told me yes but a quick internet check proved otherwise. This customer's satisfaction is so poor, I only know that because I intended to file a complaint with them if he were accredited. After I informed him we were not interested in his services, I received persistent calls and texts despite telling him repeatedly to cease or that I would file a complaint.
