Net spend is a bunch of non professionals I have ever came in contact with. The CSRs are all under trained and needs to be retrain. They want to give people the run around about their accounts.

My experience with net spend has been horrible nobody was able to answer my question, they sent on a wild goose chase and I still have no answer to why I had my problem and on top of that one of the supervisors had an attitude. I ask for the corporate number, they said that they are not able to give that out nor they was able to give me the name of the corporate office. that is the worst customer service I have ever had
