I bought a used car from them 2 years ago and All I asked for was Bluetooth and a trailer hitch. When I test drove the car it had Bluetooth we even paired my phone to it. once the deal was done and I picked up the car they had pulled the chip out of it and wanted me to pay them an additional 600.00 Also they sold me the car with chips in the windshield while I was waiting for the Bluetooth issue I was approached from a guy in the parking lot that fixed the windshield under my insurance before I even left the lot after the purchase. Since then I have gone in there to look for a car for myself and for my son and each time they pull the bait and switch. i have had to walk out of there over 8 times for this same issue. They will have a price on the internet and after you talkk to someone and they get you in there before the deal is done they will change the online price and want you to pay 2000 more. Again this has personally happened to me several times. I have been to other dealer who say they get alot of business from their angry customers. some of those other deals are Covert, Sames, Benny, and even Nyle Maxwell in Taylor all have heard of this same issue from this company. The worst is the Internet sales group, They will change the price online after you start the deal and tell you that you have to pay the new higher price. this happened to me 3 times in the past 4 months. yesterday was my limit with all the different ways they raise the price during the deal and bought from another dealer today. Could not be happier to be rid of the car that I had already bought from them with the same antics. Don't go there you will not get the deal you thought.
