I just recently purchased a 2013 Ford Escape and it was my first car buying experience and it couldn't have gone better. They made everything so easy and simple and everyone that was involved in my process was beyond helpful. I would recommend Maxwell Ford to anyone looking to buy a car.

Everything was great. It would be extra awesome if the car came back washed.

I`m quite satisfied and can`t think of anything right now y`all could have done better. I`ll be back again.
I was greeted with courtesy and perfessionalism as soon as I drove up and parked my car. He was very polite and busy oriented.It was a very busy day for Maxwell in the service department but ran smoothly.I watched and observed as eash technician approached each person there getting something done to their car. They all seem to be very knowleable... professional and courtesy to all of the customers.He came to me and talked to me about my car and it`s condition (which was awesome) and my next visit.

I love to go to Maxwell Ford... excellent attention all the people working there is so nice and helpful... plus I`ve got my car washed twice for free without me even asking... that`s definitely something I really like! so... honestly... I do not thing there is anything to improve... just keep on treating us customers the way you do!
I think that your operation is as good as it gets. You will definitely be where I come for service on my Fusion. I also hope that Sue will always be my service advisor.
I was very satisfied with my service experience. It`s the first time I`ve had a Ford service center listen to me when I asked them to REPAIR my `96 Ford Explorer... not give me a bloated estimate to make it new again. Kyle courteously mentioned a few other minor... affordable... things I could consider doing to approve the car`s performance which I appreciate. I`ll see you folks again soon to have those things taken care of.
Shaun was EXCELLENT and could not have been nicer...very thorough and clearly aims to do anything he can to provide a great service experience at Maxwell Ford for the customer...thank you.

Ken is the nicest car salesman I have ever met. He taught me all about the truck that I bought. He was even nice enough to take it to work with him one day and have a 5th wheel hitch installed for me. I am a little nervous about hauling my 5th wheel and Ken said he would be there to help me out and that I should not worry at all. That is really going above and beyond the duties of a car salesman. I just love Ken and I plan to buy all of my vehicles from him and I am going to recommend him to all of my family and friends.

The people there are extremely helpful and very courteous. They understand that my time is important.
