I would like to submit a complaint again to follow up a review that I submitted anonymously about my terrible experience with this location. My name is Anna Campagna. I normally go to 620. Scott is very friendly and professional and has told me that for no charge he will top of all my fluids which is nice any time visiting his store. All stores should operate with the same standards. Today the location I went to on research needs better management and training. They weren't even going to direct me out of the bay until I asked. And the lack of care makes me wonder if I can trust my car to run correctly or break down. I had my 2 month old baby in my car along with my mother and husband. We all agree that the service was undoubtedly unacceptable and makes Jiffy lube look terrible.
