I would give 0 stars if I could! Ideal Image got me into paying $2,123.59 in advance prior to schedule the services (I feel so stupid now, I am much smarter than that). I was really clear to the lady on the phone that I needed the treatment done soon for big trip plans and she assured it was not going to be an issue. When I called the location to book, they were more than 2 months out (well, I need 3 months for the treatment to work that’s why I was planning to do now!) I emailed the lady who sold me and she told I would get a refund (I have the email as proof). Today someone from billing contacted me and she basically said I cannot get a refund, unless I have a medical issue. I am so mad! Their reviews at BBB, Yelp, Google, you name are are terrible (I don’t know how I fell for it). Got BBB and my credit card involved but for your own sake STAY AWAY from Ideal Image!
