I like dealing with Mr. Hunt, he is very fair and flexible. He steps out of his way to help families get into housing and that makes him a valuable asset to the Austin community. His daughter is also very professional and helpful. Thanks Hunt Enterprises!

I have lived at the park for two years now and have not had any problems with Earl & Lori. They respect our privacy and charge us a fair amount of rent (water included). We have never been late on the rent so I do not know what he charges for late fees. The rent is due on the first but you have until the fifth to pay, after that he does add a late fee. The trailers are well maintained and clean. If there is a problem, they fix it right away. I will moving next year so I hope that they will not keep the deposit. If they do, I will post another review letting everyone know the outcome.

This person is not honest so beware!!!!!!!!!!! He will tell you anything to get you into one of his homes and then he does not stand by any of it. He also will charge astronomical fees if you are one day late on the mobile home or the lot rent or the water bill and they are all accessed seperately. You also will not get a copy of your water bill so he will pretty much charge you whatever he wants. He will also use your utilities to get a new trailer moved in next to you to be rented or sold. We are very unhappy with this person and if we could move we would. Before you do anything talk to all neighbors which we did not and now regret it.
