This is the second car I have purchased through Henna Chevrolet. I specifically came back because of the wonderful customer service I have always received, not only when I purchased my last vehicle, but also in the service department every time I brought it in. If it was possible to be better the second time around, y'all succeeded. I knew I was loyal to the Chevy brand, but now I am specifically loyal to Henna Chevrolet

From the moment I applied online to the moment I drove off in my 2006 Jeep Wrangler, I was given the absolute BEST customer service anyone could ever want. I knew exactly what I wanted, Henna did not have it on their lot but did a dealer locate and found exactly the truck I wanted with a few extras. I got a really good deal and their staff did not take up a lot of my time. I especially appreciated the speedy delivery of my vehicle, nothing is worse than spending 4 hours at a dealership just to sign some papers. I was in and out in only an hour and a half. I usually do not enjoy the car buying experience, but Henna's staff made it a very positive one. I will contine bringing them my business.
Excellent service, professional and helpful. They went over the operation of the car. Setting up Bluetooth for my IPhone connectivity to the car. Also helped activate OnStart service and turn by turn directions back home.

I was very pleased with the selection of new cars available. I was very pleased with the attention to detail that the staff had. Everyone was very pleasant to work with.

I brought my 2011 Malibu in for 20,000 mile service. I bought my Malibu at Henna and bring it back to Henna for service and oil changes every time. I feel very loyal because Henna's staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. I'm always treated very well and always get great service to keep my Chevy in top shape.
My 1995 Tahoe (2-door) was brought in for a non-warranty radiator to be replaced. Chip is the lead mechanic on the main line and has worked on my truck many times before. He did a satisfactory job on installing the new radiator and even kept the old one for me to see where the drain plug was leaking. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very patient whenever I have him working on my vehicle! My sincere thanks. Donna P.S. Mark Wilson, my service advisor does a fine job of making sure both me and my truck are being well taken care of while at Henna

Awesome as always! This will be my 6th vehicle bought from Henna and Richard Voglar in particular. I keep coming back for a reason: Mainly Richard but I am always treated well and get what I am looking for. Thanks.

My husband and I purchased a Certified Used 09 Trailblazer and could not be happier with the vehicle or the experience we had. Craig Martinez was very helpful and the entire staff was warm and friendly. Not once were we made to feel ignorant for our questions, or pressured to buy. We enjoyed a flawless experience at the service department, and are thrilled with the continued customer care Henna offers even after our purchase. The fact that Mark, VP at Henna, took the time to respond to the review below is a testament to how much Henna cares and values their customers. We look forward to many more years in our relationship with Henna.
I bought a 3-month old Equinox in 2008 for a wonderful price. However, the security cover was missing and after many attempts to get it, I finally reached Manager, Dustin Lindig. Although a year has elapsed, he was very helpful, understanding and kind. I met him a month ago and an order has been placed for the cover with no charge. More importantly was how kind he was. Before leaving, I told him we will be in the market for a Traverse end of the year and I would buy it from him. Sometimes, it is the person more than the car that brings people back to the dealer. One star is too many. Horrible place. Made an appointment and they still didn't get to my car, then wanted me to bring it back the next day. Other times I've taken my car there for minor things like oil change they always want to up-sale me on things they claim needed attention, but did not. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had a wreck and took my vehicle to Henna. Gabriel gave me excellent service. He kept me informed every step of the way and my vehicle was done right the first time with no hassles.
