Hi there, and welcome to Gem's Sweets! Here's some background information about us, and the delicious sweet & savory comfort treats and services we offer. Grilled, fried, smoked or baked we offer something amazing for every occasion! I'm Shameka, the founder and head cook of Gem's Sweets! Gem's Sweets is a small local cottage style bakery, that started off as a summertime hobby that quickly gained traction in June 2018, thanks to our top selling Brisket Egg rolls and mind BLOWING cheesecake. My Husband, younger brother, and I used the opportunity to bond and create delightful, delicious creations! I have 14 years experience in the food industry and three years in business management. Currently we do not offer a store front but, we do offer pick up and delivery options for the Central Austin, Pflugerville & Manor Texas areas! Georgetown, Round Rock, Bastrop and any surrounding areas catering bookings only! Here at Gem's Sweets, our goal is to wow our customers, while being professional, and accommodating!
