  Mr. Eller serves as President of Falcon Southwest where he sources new business opportunities and oversees the operations of all company investments. Mr. Eller also handles all asset management functions for the firm's institutional portfolio to ensure that these investments accomplish underwriting goals. Previously, Mr. Eller was a Regional Managing Director of Kennedy-Wilson, responsible for the asset management of a portfolio valued at more than $300 million. He also served as a Vice President of SynerMark Development. Mr. Eller holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
