Nope, nope nope. Ordered a "deluxe" Best Wishes arrangement. It arrived within the scheduled time but the arrangement was more akin to a "regular." It did not resemble to picture on the website (as it was advertised to do) at all. Now I am being told (by You Flowers.com) re-delivery may be delayed due to waiting on a shipment from the wholesaler. This was an arrangement for someone's birthday. Timeliness means everything. And by the way, their delivery price wasn't any better than any else's.

Everyone in the shop is very customer service oriented! Beautiful selection of fresh flowers! They can whip together an awesome arrangement as you make a cell phone call! If you show interest, they even let you in on the creative process by discussing color and form. Fair pricing is a plus. They deliver nationally, and at the best price locally. Very highly recommended!
