DO NOT recommend getting involved with Tom Ezell and with Fountain Terrace Apts. Tom MISHANDLED Funds sent to him on my behalf and attempted twice to cover it up. TOM SUDDENLY became the victim. He had his attorney draw up legal papers to protect Tom only. I Refused to sign.. Read all reviews you can on his propertys. He claimed I had let him know I was terminating my lease via written notice from him left at my door. PROBLEM I never gave him such notice. He also left notices at my door that says "if you can pay more during the year come tell me.". I was in an ACTIVE LEASE. I was fighting cancer part of the time when agencies were helping me. I LEFT FOUNTAIN TERRACE APTS ON A CONSTRUCTIVE EVICTION IN MY FAVOR BY TOM EZELL. He's rude, hostile and abusive to his tenants. PleSe look at all reviews at various sites.
