Poor Services. High Staff Turnover. Rates too high for such poor service. Staff work very hard but the company that owns them only cares about money. They cut staff and offer poor care to save a dollar. Other communities are much better in the area. I would NEVER move a loved one to Carestone. I gave one star to the staff that tries very hard.
