My 2007 Toyota Corolla started vibrating and shaking strongly while driving last Friday. When changing gears I'd hear a loud poping/clanking sound like a large metal spring slamming against metal, and the car would lurch forward after I let off the clutch. I called yesterday and talked with Tim who listened to my description and confirmed they could take a look. Dropped it off first thing this morning and by 9:45 am Tim called me back and in an exceptionally professional yet easy going manner explained the problem that the transmission mounting bolts had come loose and the transmission was hanging down out of alignment. They lifted it into alignment, replaced the bolts with good ones, and test drove it. When I picked it up this afternoon Tim met me again and explained in more detail what they had found and done. When I drove it away it drove like the day I bought it. Every part of my experience with Eagle Transmission was professional, easy to work with, and refreshingly honest. To top it all off, they considered it too easy to fix and didn't charge me a single cent. I'm blown away. I've never even heard of a shop so good, honest, punctual, and easy to work with. Just... WOW!
