      Don't be bullied by New Management, Cortland Properties, a nightmare - they blocked access to previous account activity and then claim residents didn't pay. WRONGFUL EVICTION. Cortland staff will blame residents suggesting an issue with the pay by phone system. I had no issue whatsoever and the payment cleared well before the due date.

      Change out the management staff quickly and this property pops back up to at least 4 stars.
