I am from austin but i travel all the way to S. Texas and back here. I recently had the chance to go thru Corpus Christi to visit some family so we stopped in the La Palmera to go shopping. Since it was 11:50 a.m. we decided to eat at the Chick fil a. I approached and couldnt believe no one was smiling, when they asked for next customer it seemed more of a bother. The onsite managers seemed to be as useless as their workers. Thr atmosphere was dull and the employees should be re-trained on cuustomer service. I am glad that the ones here make me and my family feel appreciated.
