Been here two years and have had constant trouble. This apartment complex needs to be demoed and rebuilt one section at a time. Over ten wather leaks into my apartment. Constant water main breaks within the comlex. This winter over 40 water line breaks in apartments, same thing happed last winter. I hate this palce getting out as soon!
