Capital Area Counseling (CAC), located at Austin, Texas, has been providing psychotherapy services to Central TexansÊfor more than 30 years. These services are extended to the Rosewood neighborhood. Its income-based access enables personalized and private experience sans session restrictions. Group therapy is provided to individuals to feel more connected, learn better communication techniques, reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, shame and isolation, and learn to be more authentic. The Relational Stress Interpersonal Psychotherapy Group is a coed, open and time-unlimited group, which is available to men and women, for improving their relationships among themselves and with others. The group provides a secure setting for exploring issues and experimenting with various ways of thinking about oneself and in relation to others.
