I'd advise looking for someone else for flooring needs. They do so so in scheduling installation work and coordinating its completion. But after the warranty ran out on our engineered wood flooring, we found out they discontinued that model and they weren't too interesting in helping further with needed repairs caused by water damage in our house. They sent out a fellow for $65 who didn't want to return and do the repair work (too busy). They had little leverage or interest in helping with any custumer service at that point. A bit disappointing.
