General Info

Dr. Bergfeld is a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist (physiatrist) who has completed additional fellowship training in spine, sports medicine and occupational medicine. Dr. Bergfeld has a current faculty appointment with the Dell Medical School at UT Austin. She is a core faculty member involved in the training of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residents. Dr. Bergfeld's key areas of clinical interest are sports medicine particularly adaptive sports, women's health rehabilitation, electrodiagnostics, rehabilitation of complex neurologic conditions, stroke rehabilitation and comprehensive non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
