      We hand craft our dough from Italian “00” flour to make an authentic, thin, crisp pizza. We top our pizzas with house made red sauce from San marzano tomatoes; house made Hand Stretched mozzarella from Wisconsin Cheese Curd; with your choice of either house made sausage or other fresh cut meats & veggie Toppings. The pie is baked in our hand built Custom Designed 800° Brick oven.
