Austin Drug & Alcohol Abuse Program (ADAAP) is a family-owned rehab center in Texas. Since 1991, ADAAP has been assisting central Texans to escape the despairs associated with chemical dependency. It offers hope to individuals suffering from alcohol or drug addiction and their families, across age barriers, and across diverse patient histories Ð new recruits or relapse patients. ADAAP aims at developing a community support system, which can coordinate with local services to help addicts on the road to recovery. Its addiction and recovery program is based on specific aspects of the American Psychological AssociationÕs Disease Concept and Terence GorskiÕs-Model of Relapse Prevention. Its outpatient programs are designed to satisfy clientÕs needs. ADAAP serves the Highland and Brentwood-Highland neighborhoods.
