I had recruited the help of a lady friend to have a fairly large group of family and my daughters friends at 12:00. It was for my daughters 25th birthday and thanks to bad service, it wasn't so happy.



We ordered our food by 12:15 and did not even begin getting our food til approx. 1:30. One lady did not get her food until 2:00 and we were leaving the restaurant by 3 pm. Some were considering leaving and canceling their order.



What orders were brought were cold...salads were warm and wilted (nothing spectacular)...no crackers...no offer for more dressing, napkins etc. Potatoes were cold, chicken was dry. Tickets were very slow coming as were receipts. None of the other staff offered to help our waitress, however, it should not have taken so long to get the food coming from the kitchen.



Those that ordered steak were not offered steak sauce etc.



We were told that for my daughters birthday they would give her a cake and sing 'Happy Birthday' but that was never done...all they did was bring her a small dessert dish.



I don't like to be one to complain but this was all totally avoidable and I do want restitution for the money I spent there.

Altogether I am sure there was at least $350.00 to $400.00 spent at this restaurant today and no one was happy with the slow service or quality of food.



I will not ever go back there nor recommend it to anyone else.



When I spent this sort of money on such a simple paycheck that I make, I want quality in service and food.
