General Info

Dr. Vandross is originally from Brockton, Massachusetts and came to Austin by way of Los Angeles in January 2020, from the U.C.L.A-David Geffen School of Medicine. He is trained and board certified in medical oncology and internal medicine. Dr. Vandross is excited to live in Austin and lead the Phase I clinical trial group at NEXT oncology, which will bring new anti-cancer treatments to patients living in the Austin-area and beyond. He is experienced in comprehensive discussions with advanced cancer patients, who are navigating the complex decisions surrounding novel therapeutics. Patient education in the context of Phase I clinical trials is his highest priority.
