Having conducted dozens of funerals over 26 years in four different cities, I can say without hesitation this is the worst funeral home I have ever worked with. On the day set to make arrangements the funeral director called to change the time by two hours. He said he would provide a lead car at no charge but didn't do it. He said he would arrange the police escort and the military honor guard and did neither. After charging the family 450.00 for a church funeral, he dropped off the casket and left to go have lunch. He returned five minutes before the service. Their pricing is such that you can't subtract anything from the package that you don't need but you can, of course, add all you want. If price is your main consideration the 2009 AMBIS Survey of Austin of Selected Funeral Goods and Services has other options. Choose one of them. I have no faith in All Faiths Funeral Service.

Robert and his father, were so kind, and compassionate with my father's passing, then I needed them again about 5 yrs later with my mother's , I will be contacting them soon as my husband is terminally ill. I trust them,and know they care. They treated me as if I were a part of their family,and the services went above and beyond my expectations. My family and I were very pleased. Great people and great service.
