After working in the industry over 25 years, I haven't seen a management team with LESS professional experience at the low management level anywhere.Pat Meyn is one person working here that needs "Management 101" classes.He makes more mistakes than anyone of his crew, circumvents OSHA, site, and company safety measures.He also has taken ownership of SWIM documents that are ineffective and WRONG.He abases his people, yells, and demoralizing statements about his crew (behind their backs), and he exercises his big ego by screaming at his people. A decent job without Pat Meyn.Was much better with ALL other managers, still onsite, but refuse to take the job again. If APCI had spine at this site it would be better for both Samsung and Air Products employee's safety, lives, and production. A management team that disregards continuous improvement will die and lose their contract. I hope Pat Meyn loses his position due to his lack of professionalism,skill, and lack of caring of his people.
