Dwayne as well as the rest of the Able Water Damage Restoration crew were prompt and professional from beginning to end during the water damage we encountered in our home. It was one of our worst nightmares to deal with and they definitely made it less stressful.

We've used Able Water Damage Restoration twice. Once many years ago when the AC compressor froze up and again in Nov 2012. They promptly came out both times to assess the damage and begin the drying out process. The first time no restoration was needed. However, with the 2nd floor toilet overflow, not so lucky. They helped us feel confident that the insurance adjustor treated us fairly and have made sure throughout the process of renovations that all their work has been done to our satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is a priority...and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we are!

I came home late one Thursday night and strolled into my bedroom--squish squish. My water heater had failed and flooded the bedroom and adjacent bathroom. After calling several different companies, I reached Able and they sent Robert out immediately. Robert was great! He cut out and hauled away the soaked carpet pad, sucked up the water, and put powerful fans and dehumidifiers to work drying out he carpet. He was soaked with sweat by the time he was done, but he was cheerful, hard working, knowledgeable, and a big relief to have there. He came out a couple more times to check on things, he obviously knew what he was doing and he wanted to be sure it was done right. Able was great from the moment I called them, I would recommend them to anyone. I'd use them again myself if I had to, god forbid.

Incredible service from start to finish!! Our downstairs flooded due to a malfunctioning washing machine. The Able Restoration team got to our house within the hour, extracted the water, took pictures for our insurance company and began the clean up process. They professionally & carefully oversaw the drying process. The most amazing part for us is they also did the build back of installing wood floor, cabinets, carpet and paint all within the insurance company's pricing and way beyond our expectations. Our house was transformed in the best way possible because of Able Restoration. They receive our highest recommendation!

Very professional work. These guys do not take any shortcuts. They went above and beyond our expectations when our home needed its lamanent flooring replaced due to water damage. Dwayne, the president, was on site for most of the job, and his team didn't just replace the floor they also helped make preventative repairs and observations to help ensure our home does not sustain anymore water damage in the future. They offer great service and thorough work.
