This funeral home made arrangements for my grandmother 3 months ago. She passed away almost 18 hours ago. They didn't hold up their end of the bargain at all, which included choosing not to respect the wishes of the woman who died nor did they contact the family to let them know that they (the funeral home) weren't going to meet their obligations. When we got there to try to figure out what was going on, the director was not only rude to a man who just lost his wife today, he also told Billy that since he was upset he had to go to another funeral home and make arrangements all over again. Then, the director charged him triple the amount that his representatives had quoted, got rude with him again, and then kicked him out. This is by far the sorriest excuse for a funeral home that I've ever seen. What kind of person works in an industry that requires dealing with people who are grieving and then treats them that way? This was ridiculous, and my family will never use this place again. Why would anyone want to?
