I was visiting family from out of town and discovered a leak in my tire. I took it to NTB in Austell and Chris Mcrae was so nice. Come to find out, he is from the same home town as I am. Small world! He took very good care of my car and had great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!

The manager, Josh Westerman, went out of his way to help me find a store closer to my house to get an oil change. I was desperate due to a pending trip out of town the next day. When no one had time to do it, he asked me to come to his store and he took care of the oil change for me as a courtesy to keep the NTB name on my "good" list. Thanks NTB and Josh!

They get no stars!!!!! I took my car an oil change, on 1/9/09, I asked them was the right amount of oil put in my car.. they replied yes... low and behold today Wed. 1/14/09 the car started running funny acting like it didn't want to move, I slowly drove it to a repair shop they looked at it NO OIL IN MY CAR!!!!!!!!!! I have no leaks!!!!!!! there is never oil in my drive way so apparently they LIED!!!!!!!!!! I called they tried to lie to me again so I put my friend on the phone, when he gave them a piece of HIS mind their whole attitude changed.. Do you think it was because I am a woman? why did he get a better response then I? Tey claimed they were goign to fill it up with oil again, but do they honestly think I am coming back to them??!!! I am also filing a complaicnt with there home office.. What if damage was done to my engine do u think they would have owned up to it???!!!! Never will I take a car to them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
