refused to do amalgam fillings, which are covered 100% by insurance, and instead wanted to do ones that are "more cosmetically appealing." Also, refused to replace a small filling that had just come out unless I signed a contract to agree to get lots of very expensive work done. I was told the filling replacement could be part of the "plan," but I had to agree to have everything done, plus pay my portion, before anything would be done. These people are nothing but extortionists. I have since seen a real dentist, showed him the plan, and he thought it was a joke. I needed very little work done. Don't trust these people!!!
In March I had a balance of 19.00 with this dental group. Since I didn't pay on time they have charged me with 8 charges of 9.00 adm. fees (9.00 for each month) and 8 finance charges for each month. Now my bill consist of 72.00 in adm. fees and 9.51 finance charges. Plus I had to have an operation and there was a dentist appointment that couldn't be kept on first thing Monday morning. They had closed for the weekend and I was not able to contact them to give a 24 hour notice. Now they have charged me 40.00 for not keeping this appointment. Now the bill had started out 19.00 and has moved to 140.51. If I was aware at the time of service this was how they handled customers they would not have been seeing my child.
Crown broke first week, dentist left pocket of bacteria after root canal that caused bad infection. Most office staff and office manager very rude.
