A great place to get in shape with fun and friendly classes. The teacher is a great motivator and he has pushed me beyond what I thought was my limit. It's challenging and I feel a little muscle stiffness the next day but it makes me feel good about myself and I keep going back for more.. I love it!

The Saturday morning self defense class is really fun especially when Cathy the female instructor throws the Damon who's twice her size to the floor. He gave me a funny look last week when I asked Cathy to do that to him again:) The two hours goes by very quickly. Apparently she drives all the way in from Cummings to teach and train at this school. It's more fun than than the kick-boxing classes I use to take at the gym and I'm learning self defense with a really great of guys.
