I have visited this store 2 times & each time I walk away wanting to cancel my TMobile program.The people working in this store have zero knowledge about phones or anything remotely connected to phones. My phone was not charging properly. I called a different location & they said to go to my closest location & have them check the charging cord, the battery & the phone itself. The girl that I dealt with today put my phone on her charger for about 5 seconds & said - oh it's the phone, not the battery. When I explained that I had been paying for the extended warranty program, she looked it up & said it was no longer covered. Did I want to purchase a new phone that could be added to my bill (in addition to the amount I still owe on the current phone). I said why am I paying for a warranty if the phone is not covered.Why is TMobile still charging me.She said it's not TMobile's job to check that, it is mine. Then she tried to sell me a cord or a battery.I walked out never to return!
