The company's technology is focused on four primary product groups. The weather and environmental monitoring group includes WatchDog weather stations, WatchDog data loggers and SpecWare software. The nutrient management tools group supplies SPAD 502 chlorophyll meters, Field Scout CM-100 chlorophyll meters and cardy meters. The integrated pest management tools group s products include nine plant disease forecast models, insect modeling software and degree-day records and software. And the soil moisture and quality measurement group supplies the TDR 300 soil moisture probe, the Investigator. Spectrum has over 12,000 customers in over 60 countries. Some of the company s customers include Pioneer Hi-Bred, Monsanto, Syngenta, USDA-ARS, Dow AgroSciences, Chiquita Brands, Dole and all major universities.
