Not only does Sculpted Image provide personal training, but they also have a hair salon and spa. See Irma De Leon, she is a hair stylist at Sculpted Image. She has been doing hair for over 35 years and she is the best. My hair color and cuts are always what I want and looks great. People stop me to say my hair looks great and ask who does my hair. And I always say Irma at Sculpted Image!
They are, simply, the best. A broad spectrum of services from personal training to massages, manicures and the other "spa" types of products. Everything is very personalized, and the staff is an experienced and cohesive group. They are worth the trip, and when they open their new Batavia facility (in January 2008) the tri-cities crowd will experience first hand how what passes for "personal" training pales in comparison. Regardless of your needs, or your fitness level (we were, shall we say, out of the fitness loop when we began four years ago), Jodi, Angela and the crew will make you feel good about yourself. Give it a try; we did, and have been grateful we did since day one.
I was referred by a friend and will never regret the extra miles or expense to go to this spa. It is a great concept with the personal training options as well as massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and a full line of dermalogica skin care products!
This establishment offers core functional training -- results can be achieved quickly as they move large muscle groups in their training programs. I have also had massages as well as facial treatments -- and found tremendous price-value. Personal staff -- that motivates you and keeps your training goals on track. I highly recommend Sculpted Image.
