Specialties: Prenatal and Postpartum nutrition, Infant Feeding, Pediatric and Adolescent Nutrition, Weight Management, Weight Gain, Breastfeeding Support, Cardiovascular Disease Prevention and Reduction, Sports Nutrition, Shopping on a Budget, Diabetes, and Gestational Diabetes Sandra holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northern Illinois University and Bachelor degrees in Exercise Science/Fitness and Dietetics from Western Illinois University. She taught Group Fitness for 7 years and enjoys exercising, dancing, and reading in her free time. She practices and preaches an “all foods can fit” approach to healthy eating and promotes positive body image, because every body is a good body!
