If I had known that there was and Agent like Denise within a twenty five mile radius I would have ran to her years ago!!! I cannot believe what a huge difference in customer service I've received in just a matter of weeks compared to my old Agents office. She is knowledgeable about State Farm offerings and has integrity to do what is right for the customer even if it means extra work. She also responds in a timely manner and looks into issues to determine the cause and actions needed. Denise is the reason I am staying woth State Farm for my car and home Insurance and finally throwing away all the offers from the competitors!
