Provided by YP.comabsolutely disgusting, went there and the puppies are sitting in tiny cages with poop and pee that had been siting there for atleast 45 minutes. the cages are too small for how many dogs are laying in them. it is so sad that the dogs sit in these tiny cages all day long. they claim they clean the cages every 15 minutes but went back after walking around the mall for a little and the same piss and poop was in these cages. the workers don’t care about the dogs at all and it’s so sad what they are kept in all day and probably all night. this place should loose there license to sell puppies and animals and the store should be shut down. no water in the cages with the dogs, absolutely sad the cages are cramped and dirty.

Provided by YPmobileAvoid this place! Note Becca wrote a review about herself. Made it as far in as the Bunnies And guinea pigs. One bunny looked like it had an eye infection, a few more looked sick as well. Families were handling them like they were stuffed animals. Staff didn't seem to care. Children terrorizing the young animals. Please think about the health of these animal as your exotic vet bill will go up due to neglect. Animals are not to be thrown away like this animal mills does. Please help them by shutting this place down.

Provided by YP.comTerrible, careless staff. Not just puppy mill puppies, unhealthy rabbits and guinea pigs as well. Be prepared for expansive veterinary fees especially if you need an exotic vet for your rabbit or guinea pig. One rabbit had an infected eye and people were picking their kids up to reach into the enclosure and terrorize the animals but the staff doesn't care because so many come in to "play" at the animal's expense. Note the 5 star review raving about the sweet, smart employee named Becca written by Becca herself.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM THIS PET STORE UNLESS YOU ARE UP FOR A LOT OF HEARTBREAK.
MY GRANDDAUGHTER GOT A PUPPY FROM THERE AND HE WASN'T EVEN 3 YEARS OLD WHEN WE HAD TO HAVE HIM PUT TO SLEEP.
HE WAS VERY PRECIOUS TO US, COST A LOT OF MONEY TRYING TO FIX HIM,AND HE DIED IN THE END ANYWAY.
THESE FRIGGIN PEOPLE GET THEIR PUPPYS FROM PUPPY MILLS AND THEY ARE MORE LIKELY TO BE INBRED. THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.11111111111111111111111111111111

Provided by YPmobileOver the last 12 yrs I have bought several pets from this store, including dogs, cats, snakes , and birds. I have never had an issue with any of my pets purchased from this store. My latest puppy is the most amazing lil girl I got.. I love the fact that the store gives you the breeder name so you as the customer can do ur own investigating. I have bought my dogs all from different breeders they work with and still no issue. And the fact of the one year genenatic warranty is something I have never heard of. But the fact there willin to help out there customers if something was to go wrong is an A + in my book.. I have purchased all my pets from the same woman working there, her name is becca and she is very smart and sweet girl . And every time I go in there she is always friendly and she is always cleaning to keep pets clean, fed, and takin care of.. I say if ur in the market stopbin ask for becca and it will be a memory u wont forget...

Provided by DexKnowsI found this store to be clean and well maintained. The animals they had for sale all appeared to be happy and healthy. My husband and I visited there once, to browse their selection of dogs. Before we committed to purchasing an animal from a pet store. I typically prefer to adopt or go directly through a breeder. We finally made the decision to purchaser a puppy from this location. We took advantage of the military discount they offer. Our puppy appeared to be healthy and well taken care of. We were advised that we should take the puppy to the vet for a complete exam and they offered a coupon for a free exam at a local veterinarian's office. We were advised to take in a stool sample because sometimes puppies to have parasites when living in a kennel environment like a pet shop. The pet store employee advised of of this, not the vet. Our puppy did have a parasite and the medications to treat the parasite were covered in full by Pet City. We have had him for almost 2 months now and have no health issues or concerns about our puppy. I found the staff to be friendly and the woman who sold us the puppy really took her time to talk to us about the breed and see if we understood the commitment we were getting into. I think that people who had a bad experience there should at least give it a second try. It was pretty reputable when we were there.

This is primarily a pet store that sells dogs. However, there are also other animals for sale in this store. I was dismayed to find the rabbit's area with very little food and their water bottle was dry as a bone. After asking an associate to fill the water bottle, I watched as the parched rabbits fought over the water bottle and drank continuously for at least 30 minutes. This tells me that they had been without water for a long time. Why is the staff neglecting the other animals in the store this way? Also, I found that the water bottles for the small rats and mice were placed too high in their cages for them to access the water. And, when I opened the cage to try to move the water bottle lower for them to be able to drink, I noticed a bad smell and found that there were dead mice underneath the straw. Why hadn't a store employee bothered to find these dead animals and remove them. I know the mice are primarily feeders for snakes, but they deserve sanitary living conditions & water.

Provided by DexKnowsI found this store to be dirty and not very well kept. The employee's were more interested in talking to each other rather than waiting on me.
